Adhiratha Digital Solutions and Services is committed to customer satisfaction. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed for digital services such as Web Design, Business Email, and Marketing Email Solutions.

Project-Based Services (Web Design, Custom Solutions)

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing before the project work has commenced.
  • If work has already started, only the unutilized portion of the payment may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and delivered.

Subscription Services (Business Email, Marketing Email Solutions)

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
  • Renewals are billed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Instant Delivery Services

  • For services delivered instantly (such as digital downloads or account setups), no cancellations or refunds are possible once the service is delivered.

Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
